Director of Nursing Services- WA-

Salary up to $165,000/year

American Consultants has been retained to help find the next Director of Nursing Services for a skilled facility in the great state of Washington.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Washington State nursing license.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
Proven experience in nursing leadership and management, preferably in a skilled nursing facility/extended care setting in Washington State or a similar environment.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in utilizing healthcare technology and electronic health records.
